In D2

I did an interview with D2 in an article about how people dress can provoke others. They wanted me in this interview because of I use pieces for women in my outfits. I talked about why I choose to dress the way I do and also how people react and why it can be provoking. They also did interviews with other people dressing "outside the box".

I'm wearing dress and top by Batlak og Selvig, trousers by G-Oslo, shoes from Acne and bracelets by Camilla Prytz.

T-Michael

I did this shoot for T-Michael's new collection a couple of weeks ago. We had been talking for some time about working together, and because of Carlos Santana I was going to Bergen. It was a fun job, because I had to both do the make up, hair and styling. Michael wanted me to put together the outfits as if it was me who would wear them for different occassions. The first looks I made very sharp putting emphasis on the clean cut tailoring and using almost only whites, black and shades of grey together. I wanted of the other looks to look more laid back and accidental, but now more made up with skin toned lips. The pictures are taken by Bent René Synnevåg - check out his website http://www.notbent.com/. Also see www.t-michael.com.

Tsumori Chisato's Rock Band

I've always wanted to be in a rock band. At the Tsumori Party, this dream actually came into real life - sort of.

At Mulberry Press Show S/S 11

This oversized Bayswater from the coming S/S collection is from b to the e to the autiful. Love the color and the leather quality. I met nice Maria at this event and she wrote some nice words and posted some pictures of me on her blog. http://mariaskappel.no/2010/11/03/jonas/ . I did not wear purple lipstick by the way!

I wore my favourite hat in the world right now by Henrik Vibskov, coat from Burberry and belt from Nina Jarebrink.

Sarah's Celine

It's so beautiful and, yes of course- minimalistic - that I can't write much more.

Badges

I saw these nice maritime badges at a taylor in Soho. I should have bought them and sewn them on one of my military jackets. Too bad I didn't ...

READ

From top left: The Language of Things by Deyan Sudjic (Director of the Design Museum in London) - a book about how we are seducted by the objects around us, Paris Vogue - 90 anniversary issue, Paris Opera Ballet booklet for the Roland Petit performance, the four last books from the Maison Martin Margiela exhibition 20, flyer for the Dior Illustrated exhibition at Somerset House, Rudolf Nyreyev coffee table book and Camilla Prytz heart.

Coco Maya

Coco Maya is one of the nicest patisseries I have ever been to. Perfect for breakfast or tea. Very subtle chic. They also have a great chocolate store next door. Has indulgence ever looked better?

At Hotel How

During my stay in London I got to stay at my dear friend Sarah's place. I snapped some pictures of some of my London looks at her lovely flat!
-
In the top picture I'm wearing hat by Henrik Vibskov, long cardigan from Balenciaga, jumpsuit from Chloé and fantastic necklace from Camilla Prytz. The fab sunglasses are from the collaboration between Maison Martin Margiela and Cutler and Gross - and I got to be one of the very first to wear them on the street!
-
In the bottom picture I'm wearing jacket and bag from Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, shirt and boots from Acne, trousers from Alexander McQueen, belt from Balenciaga and necklace from Camilla Prytz.

Cardona Bonache

Cardona Bonache is a Barcelona-based brand I saw at Door Studios in Paris. They use technical and rare materials gaining great texture and look through folding techniques and graphic prints. The cuts are simple, very Scandinavian friendly, a great contrast to the quality and look of the materials. Thumbs up!

The 30th Anniversary of Tsumori Chisato

A great party during Paris Fashion Week was Tsumori Chisato's 30th anniversary. The interior and decorations were fantastic!

BOYY Bags

I was introduced to the bags from New York/Bangkok based brand BOYY at Door showroom in Paris. They instantly caught my eye because of the refined, yet simple design with fantastic leather. I think the bags are have an androgynous look with fun details. No wonder they have already become a favourite amongst personaes such as Chloé Sevigny and Lou Doillon - and me (!)
On the picture under I'm wearing my favourite model from the BOYY S/S 11 collection. A big envelope you can carry your computer in. Trousers from G-Oslo, tank from Alexander Wang and necklace from Batlak og Selvik.

Great Outerwear

If my travel budget had been a bit bigger, I would have had these three pieces in my luggage from Paris. Stripy blazer from Dries Van Noten, wrap-jacket by Dries Van Noten, designed exclusively for the Paris shop at Quai Malaquai and coat from Dior Homme.

Hats by Selima

Selima actually does more than great eyewear. I love the hats by Selima and really think the sailor cap should be a part of my hat collection. Check out the Selima store in Marais.
